Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return Request

Please email us at info@modamilange.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your reason for the return.

Before Purchasing

We strongly encourage you to carefully review all item descriptions and measurements. If you need additional photos or details, please contact us by email prior to purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if an item has been significantly misrepresented, including but not limited to:

• Undisclosed major damage
• Incorrect measurements
• Inaccurate descriptions
• Missing or damaged components (e.g., broken zipper, missing buttons, faulty fasteners not mentioned)

Please note:

• Minor color differences due to screen settings or photography are not valid reasons for return.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by original and any special packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is significantly misrepresented in description. Returns can be shipped by the carrier of your choice and insurance must be purchased covering the total cost of the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase and will be processed within 1–2 business days after approval.

Inspection & Refunds

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Moda Milange reserves the right to:

• Deny a return, or
• Issue a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition

We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery to the buyer.
