48 hours of receiving your order, including your reason for the return.
Before Purchasing
We strongly encourage you to carefully review all item descriptions and measurements. If you need additional photos or details, please contact us by email prior to purchasing.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for
defective items, including but not limited to:
- Undisclosed major damage
- Incorrect measurements
- Inaccurate descriptions
- Missing or damaged components (e.g., broken zipper, missing buttons, faulty fasteners not mentioned)
Please note:
- Minor color differences due to screen settings or photography are not valid reasons for return.
- Returns are not accepted for non-defective items.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by original and any special packaging
Return Shipping
A prepaid return label is included in your package at
no cost to you.

We accept exchanges. Please contact us at
info@modamilange.com to arrange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the
original method of payment used at the time of purchase and will be processed within
7 days of receiving the returned item.
Inspection & Refunds
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. Moda Milange reserves the right to:
- Deny a return, or
- Issue a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery to the buyer.
