The dress features a bright coral color top and has a shiny appearance, possibly a taffeta fabric, fitted bodice with a ruched waist and large black round shape bows on the shoulders; center back zipper closure, slide-in pockets. Dress has a fit and flare silhouette, the pleated skirt has black background accented with seashells and star motifs, lined in black fabric. Skirt is lightweight and has a flowy movement, possibly a polyester or polyester blend fabric, a bubble-hem, gathered in the back where the two sections meet. In excellent condition and may be custom-made. Labeled: “by Kelli” Measurements: Shoulders: 14″ Bust: 30″ Sleeves: 22″ Waist: 26″ Hips: Free Length: 34″
