Vintage 1940s Black Cocktail Dress w/ Bubble Peplum Skirt

This stunning dress probably late 1940’s or early 1950’s a very classic mid-century style. The dress is a black a rayon crepe; a semi-medium/heavy, U-neckline, 3/4 length dolman sleeves with underarm gussets; a gathered bubble peplum skirt wraps around the waist above a straight skirt.
