Circa: 60s/70s a beautiful and extravagant floppy hat by Wm Silverman features colors of pink, green, yellow and cream; green bow accent; brim has a wavy effect to it. Bow has minor fading. Fabric of hat has the look and feel of chiffon. In excellent condition.
